On 12/1/19, the Federal mandate for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) goes into effect:
- The mandate requires LTC, MMA and CMS Health Plan providers to use a GPS device to clock time while at the member’s home
- The HHAX system is free to use and provides this functionality to providers
- If a provider is currently using an EVV system, then the provider needs to email FLsupport@hhaexchange.com to request integration of their system with the HHAX system
- Once the provider has registered for HHAX system access, users will receive usernames and passwords in an email from info@hhaexchange.com

Providers may email FLsupport@hhaexchange.com or contact their Provider Relations Representative for questions about:
- Technical support
- Inputting rates into HHA
- Clocking time
- Using the claims billing system
To Request a Free Portal
- If a provider already has an HHAX provider portal with another MCO and needs to add a Staywell login, the provider should complete the HHAX registration request located at https://hhaexchange.com/FL-LTC and request that access to Staywell should be added to their current HHAX provider portal
- If a Provider does not already have an HHAX provider portal, they should request access by completing the registration: https://hhaexchange.com/FL-LTC
