Provider Orientation Webinar

You Are Cordially Invited

Please join Harmony Health Plan for a Provider Orientation Webinar. The orientation is designed to familiarize you — our contracted providers - with not only the vast resources available to you via our website, but also identify areas of importance to help you work with Harmony to better serve our members — your patients. As a valued partner, we want to share details on:

•  The importance of quality in our health plan;
• Admission and Prior Authorization notification policy;
• Navigating our IMPROVED secure provider portal;
•  Appeals and Grievances;
• Claims, Authorizations, Credentialing and much more.

In addition, we will save adequate time to answer questions and discuss issues that may be on your mind, including things like:

• How can I locate my assigned Provider Relations Rep?
• How do I get referrals?
• Why was this claim denied?
• How do I work with Case Management?

There will be a monthly session for the remainder of 2018. Please sign up for the session that best fits your schedule. We hope that office managers, billers, case managers, referral coordinators and outreach staff participate in a session. The sessions are approximately two (2) hours long, which allows ample time for questions.
