Effective January 23, 2020, ownership of Missouri Care, Inc.’s Medicare Advantage HMO and DSNP plans will change from Missouri Care to Anthem, Inc. through its affiliate ATH Holding Company, LLC. (Anthem).
- There will be no changes to Missouri Care HMO and DSNP member benefits, appointments, providers, or how Missouri Care HMO and DSNP members are served.
- There will be no changes to in-network provider contracts upon the effective date. Providers should contact 1-855-538-0454 with any questions regarding their contract status.
