Welcome to the WellCare Health Plans, Inc. agent contracting site!
Agents interested in partnering with WellCare must complete an online contract and all certification requirements prior to marketing/selling WellCare and all affiliated brands.
Take the following steps to begin the eContract:
- Click to initiate the onboarding welcome email.
- Enter your first/last name and email and click Submit
- Click into the email hyperlink to go to the onboarding site
- At the login page, enter the username/temporary password provided and click Submit
Note: For Domain, type in comprehensive (this only needs to be entered at first time-login)
- Complete the asterisked fields and click change password
Once logged into your homepage, Open cases assigned to me will include your contract package. Click the link to get started!

Within 24 hours from contract submission, you will receive an email from WellCare University providing access information and instructions to complete the training requirements as well as an email inviting you to join Agent Connect, our self-service agent portal.
Agents who successfully complete/pass all certification requirements will receive a Certification Completion email from WellCare Health Plans indicating the agent can market/sell WellCare products.
