Starting May 25, you’ll have a new online tool in the Availity Web Portal to keep WellCare up to date with your demographic information. The new Provider Data Management tool will let you maintain your information, including:
- Service locations
- Providers who join your organization
- Contact information
- Whether you're accepting new patients
- And more
The new Provider Data Management solution streamlines and simplifies these work flow processes for you by:
- Putting you in control of your provider data.
- Ensuring data accuracy and faster claim reconciliation.
- Eliminating the need for printing, faxing and calling.
You can access this tool through the Availity Web Portal, where you also have the ability to check eligibility and benefits, submit claims, check on claim status, and more. You can sign up for the Web Portal on Availity's website at www.Availity.com.
