In 2025, we will offer Medicare Advantage (MA) products in 32 states, including our newest state, Iowa. We remain focused on meeting the needs of the most vulnerable beneficiaries in our footprint through our strong Dual Eligible products, and we continue to invest in services across the organization to provide the best quality experience possible.

Products and Footprint
We are committed to our members and we offer a wide variety of products to meet the members where they are and empower them to take charge of their health. Our product portfolio is what allows us to support our members with the quality care they need and deserve. We offer government-sponsored health care programs in all 50 states. Some states offer only Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), while most offer both PDP and Medicare Advantage Plans.
We offer a wide variety of plans to ensure there is a good fit for each beneficiary. For 2025, we offer three PDP plans in 34 regions across all 50 states, and Medicare Advantage plans are available in 32 states.
